Letter from Marshal Adam Struzik

Due to other obligations, Marshal of the Mazovian Voivodeship Mr. Adam Struzik could not attend the celebration of the 102nd Anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw 1920 in Ossow. However, he sent a word of thanks and congratulations to the organizers and participants of the events.
