France (among the Polish community, also French officers)
Hungary (material aid, they wanted to send 30,000 soldiers)
Italy (Poles from Italy were transferred to the Blue Haller's Army in France as prisoners)

Bulgaria (material assistance)
Ukraine
Japan (providing support, also sheltering about 720 Polish orphans of Siberian families)
